Concord Recycling Center complies with California State Laws. For your reference, see the attached files below for applicable laws and statutes.

Please Note:
Effective January 1, 2014 certified recycling centers in California are restricted by law from receiving loads of CRV empty beverage containers, and paying CRV to any person, operation or entity who is not certified by CalRecycle, Division of Recycling (Division) and who is delivering a load of material in excess of 100 pounds of aluminum or plastic beverage containers, or 1,000 pounds of glass beverage containers, per day. You will be asked to leave with your materials and to return with amounts within these limits.

In accordance with the business and profession's code #21606, 21608.5, all non-ferrous will be placed on a 3 weekday hold. After 3 days, you can pick up your payment or we can mail it to you. This does not apply to the other recyclables.
